You're about to take a look through the tastiest R34 GT-T that's ever come across our path, when checking cars here in Japan. GT-R R34 looks and performance at half the price!
Performance specification includes: HKS front mount intercooler, HKS PFC Induction kit, HKS uprated turbo with Uprated wastegate actuator, Tomei 252 Degree uprated camshafts, Uprated injectors, Uprated HKS metal head gasket, Cusco Strut Brace, Grex remote oil filter mount with high performance Trust oil cooler, Alloy Oil catch tank, "Twin" double capacity alloy racing radiator, Kansai radiator shroud (for maximising air flow through the radiator), uprated ECU chip, HKS electronic boost controller, large bore downpipe, standard catalyst and cat back stainless steel HKS Hyper Muffler. An Apexi exhaust control butterfly valve is also fitted. This allows the driver to control the noise his car makes, from the driver's seat. Ideal for getting through scrutineering checks on UK track days. Clutch is also an uprated twin plate unit, with plenty of wear remaining.
Wheels are 18" AVS model 5 with near new performance tyres at each corner. Zeal Straight 6 slit rotors are fitted at the front in combination with original R34 GT-R Brembo front callipers.
Suspension is HKS Hypermax II, which allow for any range of adjustment from comfortable street use, all the way to hard track use, with adjustment from the top of each unit.
Inside, there's a full trio of Apexi electronic gauges mounted in the position where original gauges are usually housed to monitor oil pressure, oil temp and water temp. A set of Razo carbon fibre pedal covers are also fitted. Carbon Fibre gearknob enhances the interior. Handbrake is a quick release unit, which is excellent for drifting - should the driver want to do this. Having been a non smoker's car since new, the interior is in unmarked condition with no faults to report. A high quality remote controlled Kenwood CD/Cassette/Radio unit is supplied free of charge with this car.
Bodywork modifications consist of a complete R34 GT-R front bumper, spoiler section and black plastic lip with front diffuser and air channels to the brakes. Being original and made of polyeurethane this bumper is stone chip resistant too. Bonnet is a composite ventilated item - maker unknown. Original GT-R R34 front wings are also fitted to acomodate the wider front tyres.
Also fitted is an original adjustable R 34 GT-R rear spoiler. Note that one of the reversing lights has been converted to a foglight too - again same specification as on Skyline GT-R's. Nismo front and side repeaters give the car a further modernised look. Original option side skirts are fitted in combination with original option deep rear bumper. Each of these improvements combined will fool anyone who doesn't know these well - this is a genuine R34 GT-R. Even those who will sit inside may have difficulty in knowing the difference.
GT-T standard specification includes Hicas 4WS, 4 channel ABS, Dual SRS, Power mirrors with retract mode, Power windows, Privacy rear windows, wind deflectors for front windows, rear wiper, original fitted mats, etc.
Condition is stunning throughout. As already mentioned earlier - there are no faults at all to report with the interior. Auction grade is 1. This is due to the many modifications this car has received.
Exterior is similarly mint. Wheels are unmarked. Front spoiler (black section) has some minor scratches to the edges. the n/s skirt has a small scratch to the rear corner. Rear bumper has a small scratch near the exhaust. Also the front bumper has a small section of crached paint on the front n/s corner. Each of the paintwork faults is to be repaired as part of preparation upon arrival to the UK but are mentioned here to give a clear and accurate description of the car.
In total, in excess of £11,500 has been spent already in improving this this Skyline GT-T. It's the first of this specification in combination with top condition we've yet come across. After close inspection, we just knew - this was a car far too good to miss.
Test driving this car revealed a very well set up specification. Sounds awesome even at idle (With the Apexi exhaust valve opened for maximum noise) with healthily high oil pressure. Clutch is progressive and the car feels tight to drive - with no rattles of squeaks to indicate a hard used car.
It pulls well from around 3,500 rpm and pulls hard at the way to the red line at 7,000 rpm. Handling is comfortable, yet firm and predictable. This car is making in the region of 350 bhp at 0.9 Bar of boost - yet still feels completely comfortable for every day use.
Includes all costs such as model report hire, E-SVA test, full UK conversions, 1 year's warranty, valeting, cost of road tax and new MOT as well as first registration in the UK. Arriving 16th December!!
