1996 (March) Celica GT-4 Facelift. This car is equipped with original items as follows: PAS, Remote controlled door mirrors with retract mode, Climate control air conditioning, Rare Glass electric sunroof, original hifi with Cassette/Radio, original option fitted mats, factory tinted windows, power windows, central locking. Standard Spec. also includes 4 piston Callipers on the front. Note how disc brakes are hardly worn.
Performace extras are: 17" alloys with 4 good tyres, Performance suspension struts with lowered springs. An earthing kit is also fitted to improve spark plug performance. Driver's seat has been replaced with an after mkt. Recaro - an original matching driver's seat can be sourced and supplied for a small additional cost.
Interior is in excellent condition throughout. There's a Ital Volanti leather steering wheel and TRD gearknob included free of charge. There are no faults to report at all with the interior. Certainly with the low wear to the car overall, it's of absolutely genuine mileage. The car looks to have been very well looked after and preserved, considering it's a 1996 model
Auction grade is 4. This has been a non smoker's car since new. There are 2 small pin dents to the passenger door and another on the o/s quarter. Also there are 3 tiny pin dents on the rear o/s quarter and 2 on the driver's door. Some laquer is also peeling slightly from the corner of the driver's door. Each of these paintwork faults will be repaired completely to present this car in immaculate condition upon completion - to our usual high standards.
The alloy wheels have some staining from brake dust over the years, but this comes off with some decent polish - we used some Zymol on it and it came out very easily, although there were some scratches left to the rims. We are able to offer refurbishment of the alloy wheels to make them like new, for an additional cost of £250.
We test drove this car for a good 20 minutes and found no faults at all to report. It drives very well with a nice tight feeling, showing this car hasn't been subject to abuse or hard use. Engine pulls very well for a unit in near standard tune, indicating it's in healthy tune.
