DESCRIPTION

This GT-R has only had one owner from new till now and has been bought to order for a customer who asked us to find a top condition low mileage example of this level of tune. It's been improved with stage 2 tuning to give it approximately 360 bhp combined with handling, cosmetic and interior upgrades plus much more! Also also of very low genuine mileage - so there's plenty of life left in this top example of an R32 GT-R Skyline.
Aesthetic improvements: Near new lightweight Work Emotion R 17" alloy wheels with Yokohama Advan Neuva sports tyres of size 255/40/R17, each less than half worn. The bodywork originality paint quality on this car is simply outstanding. It's likely this car's mostly been kept in a garage, judging by it's condition throughout. Some of the best of any GT-R R32 we've previously supplied. Nice original factory straight panels with no rippling from repairs. The original front rear bumpers have been changed for drift aero styled items - but these aren't up to the level of quality as the factory originals. Thankfully the original owner kept the original ABS plastic bumpers, inclusive of Nismo intercooler vents already fitted, plus the number plate mount. Note the original Nismo lip on the bonnet too. We've also got an original set of Nismo skirts - so will be fitting these to replace the items currently on. By doing this, we'll help ensure the car will continue to look it's best for years to come - as the fibreglass items are of FRP, which will quicky deteriorate from stone chips, speed bump damage, etc. and original ABS plastic quality is much better. The replacement skirts will have a perfect flush fit, mounted with a complete set of new original clips and fittings. Note that the car currently comes with an upgraded front lip (FRP). We'd recommend fitment of a carbon front lip, which will contrast perfectly with the rest of the car. Carbon is also very resilient to stone chips. If desired, an original JDM tuner's carbon fibre lip of the customer's choice is available inexpensively through www.neweraparts.com Note we also supply clear or smoked front indicators to replace the originals, as well as LED tail lights to modernise the look of the car.
Performance Improvements: Whilst not stressing the engine excessively and allowing it to remain drivable as a daily use car, this GT-R has had mild modifications to enhance it. Most of the tuning modifications aren't very old and so recently fitted. A pair of HKS SPF induction filters have replaced the standard airbox. The intercooler core is an HKS GT unit, with alloy intake piping kit and silicone hoses from turbos the intakes. These help provide quicker response. To further improve breathing, the complete exhaust system has been replaced with a high flow large bore stainless steel front pipe with no catalyst and a Be Free silencer (Complete with removable rear baffle). The sound of this exhaust is one of the best we've heard on any GT-R system. There's an HKS EVC boost controller and although this is a fairly old design it still seems to work fine. Uprated actuators have replaced the originals. A Trust remote oil filter mount complete with integrated thermostat is fitted combined with an oil cooler mounted in front of the radiator. The ECU's been replaced with a Mines Rom rechipped unit, running at 0.9 Bar with around 360 bhp combined with an HKS idle stabiliser. This can be used in UK with retarded ignition to be compatible in UK. To run safest on UK fuels we would recommend fitment of an Apexi Power FC ECU, uprated fuel pressure regulator, injectors and fuel pump plus mapping to match. These would allow the car to run at up to 1 Bar, which should give around 420 bhp. Clutch is a Nismo upgraded single plate item, able to take up to around 450 bhp whilst being progressive and quiet in use. The rear differential has also been uprated with a high performance item. Feels like a 1.5 way but could be 2 way. It's relatively new, as the clutches are tight when cornering slowly at slow speeds. An uprated differential gives better drive out of corners and also allows the car to be more controllable if sliding the rear.
Suspension: The rear suspension has been improved with Nismo upper and lower arms, complete with upgraded bushes. The original rubber subframe bushes have also been replaced. Coilovers are by TEIN. These are fully adjustable and there's a TEIN EDFC kit fitted (Which would allow damping to be adjustable whilst driving), although strangely there's no controller. It would apper this has previously been fitted inside the ashtray. The EDFC could be removed for normal manual adjustment to be possible, or we can fit a replacement EDFC controller inexpensively, assuming there's nothing amis with the stepper motor servos. The EDFC is a nice kit, but in practice once set, there's no need to keep adjusting it. Currently it's set on firm, but compliant ride - not too hard. An excellent kit for Skylines, as they're compliant for road use, yet they give excellent control in combination with silent top mounts. Being TEIN, they're also servicable in the UK when required, unlike some brands. Alloy front rear strut braces are also fitted.
Standard equipment includes: ABS, Hicas 4 wheel steering, Atessa 4WD, Climate Control A/C, PAS, Central Locking, remote controlled door mirrors with retract mode, rear wiper, velour seats, factory tinted privacy rear glass, etc. This car has evidently been fastidiously maintained. The engine bay, interior, carpets, indicator stalk, light switch, pedal rubbers, oil pressure etc. - all indicate low wear.
Interior: The driver's seat has been replaced with a Recaro SR (Reclinable) FIA approved item. Sabelt seat harness is also included for track use. Some Sabelt pads are fitted to the rear seats too. There's a near new Momo Race leather alloy steering wheel and also an alloy gearknob. For sounds, there's an Addzest 45W x 4 single DIN CD/Radio unit fitted as well as uprated speakers in normal door position at the front and shelf speakers on the rear. ICE is supplied free of charge with the car. There's Greddy 52mm boost exhaust temo gauges fitted to the left of the steering column with a carbon mount. An HKS turbo timer is also neatly fitted under the steering column to the plastic trim. Note how unworn the pedal rubbers are too. Interior's in excellent condition. This has mostly been a non smoker's car - possibly from new. There's no interior faults at all to report. Note that the rear seat has an indentation - this is from the original bumpers that were stored inside the car before pictures were taken. It will resume it's shape of course.
Auction Grade is 1b. 1 is is the grade given for a modified car, b denotes a very tidy interior when given to a car of this age! We washed this car and checked the bodywork thoroughly noting all faults. As shown by pictures, condition of paintwork is veroutstanding. Here's the few minor faults we found on the bodywork. The rear spoiler has a slight blemish on one side. There's a few small paint faults on the front bumper - although this is to be changed to original anyways, along with fitment of Nismo original skirts too. The boot's carpet has been damaged by spillage and is worn, so we're replacing this with a new carpet before completion. We also notice the original GT-R rear badge is missing, so this too will be replaced with a new item. Note this as one of the few R32 GT-R's we've sourced with no damage to the jack mounting points.
Test Drive: The engine purrs at idle, with a deep tone. Letting up the clutch, it's immediately noticable is how near new this car feels. It's tight all over. Suspension is firm, but not jarring, with good control over bumps. The uprated rear differential's clutches grip well, which means the LSD's been recently uprated. At slow speeds the diff makes itself felt, although on the open road it works well with improved drive and if desired, easy controllability when sideways under power. Boost is steady at around 0.9 bar giving excellent performance. The engine pulls strongly from around 3,000 rpm and the exhaust gives a bellowing sound that will encourage you to accelerate, as it sounds better the faster you go. Brakes work well with no warpageor excess wear to discs. No faults to report.

This is a one owner car since new! It comes with a collection of dealer comprehensive check sheets carrying out inspections regularly. With the quality of bodywork and overall condition, this car's been very well maintained and loved, there's no doubt about it. Having only had one owner till now, the previous driver was a mature person too. Although the car has the modifications described, it shows no signs of having been used hard with no stone chips to the body at all, low wear to discs, interior, etc. Total cost of modifications to this car cost the last owner approx. £8,000. All signs show this car has been well loved and modifications carefully selected to enhance the performance whilst remaining usable for daily driving - Expect this to be a very quick and fun car to drive with perfect poise and instant response. Includes all costs: Full UK conversions, paintwork to original bumpers, replacement Nismo side skirts and fitting as described, 12 month's comprehensive warranty, valeting, cost of road tax and new MOT. This GT-R will be prepared by ourselves in our new workshop based just outside of Brighton, where our UK office is based.
Please Contact us to source an alternative top condition quality R32 GT-R to your own spec. Please note that due to the high quality of each example we source - our Skylines tend to be reserved quickly which is why not many are in stock at any given time and few are ever available as UK stock.
