This special Integra SiR 1.8 DOHC V-Tec was prepared exclusively by Bomex for Tokyo Drift - Fast Furious 3!!Used only as a background car on the set, so it wasn't driven for the film - but nevertheless this is a car that had a lot of work done to build it, at considerable expense (Not including shipping to US and back to Japan!). Aiming to get the American street racing look, this car has been modified extensively by BOMEX and is the most eyecatching DC2 we've ever seen!
Bodywork Modifications have been recently completed and used for less than 300 miles. The kit consists of Bomex original front and rear bumpers, plus side skirts. An alloy adjustable GT wing is also fitted, combined with Aero mirrors. Paintwork is a House of Kolor Original Orange Metallic, together with one off custom graphics. We hope our pictures will show the metallic Perlescent finish and quality of the paintwork. It looks awesome in the sunshine! To slam the car down, a set of DC Sports lowering suspension springs have been fitted, rolling on brand new and unmarked RAYS Wheels S-05 United Arrows 17" items with low profile Plays sports tyres (nearly new). A set of RAYS locking wheel nuts is also included. Underneath, there's Neon lighting, which is adjustable for colour - from the driver's seat. Note also the Lexus style rear light clusters and headlights which have been converted with a cool blue coating - and super white light bulbs. Nice attention to detail.
Performance Engine Enhancements: The engine is the B18A DOHC V-Tec unit, making around 180 bhp as standard. A KN - Stillen white Carbon air induction kit is fitted - to give a strong induction roar and improved power / response. The exhaust manifold is a 4 branch JASMA approved high flow unit. This continues through the underside of the car with a high flow Apexi N1 cat back exhaust system. A mechanical limited slip differential is fitted, together with an uprated clutch, to improve traction and allow better cornering. Complete with the standard double wishbone design of suspension fitted, this car goes as good as it looks. Interior: A Momo steering wheel is fitted, combined with a white face speedometer facia conversion and billet AC trim. Note the white faced American styled MPH / Km/h Speedo face too! The odometer still runs in km/h - so we'll be converting this in the UK to work in miles. There's the usual Honda equipment too, including air conditioning, PAS, electric windows, Integra fitted mats, rear wiper, etc.
Note that we can offer further upgrades for this car if desired: An Apexi V-AFC V-Tec controller would not only enhance performance further, but would look great on top of the dashboard, for example - as would an aray of Defi gauges neatly mounted on the Dashboard, in a DC2 fitment gauge pod. We test drove this Integra V-Tec and found it drove absolutely faultlessly. Brakes work well, with no signs of warping, handling's tight and there's an awesome indiction roar and an intoxicating push in the back as the V-Tec zone is breached from 5,800 rpm.
This car hasn't been in any accidents prior to modification. The House of Kolor paintwork has a deep and quality gleam to it! There are some minor faults as follows: Front bumper has some scratches to the lower edges. Rear bumper has same, with a crack in the middle. Both of these will be professionally repaired if the full UK en.
Interior is in good condition, although there are some items we will be repairing if the full UK OTR preparation package is chosen: The driver's seat has a cigarette burn - this will be professionally repaired. The boot used to have an alloy strut brace - removed by the previous owner before the car was modified. We will fit a good quality Alloy item, so the holes are there for a purpose again. Also, there's 2 missing interior covers for the rear lights, which we'll replace. The boot area will then be complete. Note there are some marks on the dashboard from where a TV and gauge were previously mounted. These are minor - and so would be left as is.

To complete UK register as a car over 10 years old all that's required is an MOT and basic UK conversions (Foglight), plus road tax and first UK registration fees.
