Celica GT-4 WRC.
1994 (July) Celica GT-4 WRC. This car is loaded with original options as follows: Full factory leather interior, ABS, PAS, Remote controlled door mirrors with retract mode, Climate control air conditioning, Glass electric sunroof, original high specification hifi with CD/Cassette/Radio, original option fitted mats, factory tinted windows, power windows, central locking. Standard Spec. also includes 4 piston Callipers on the front. Note how disc brakes are hardly worn.
Performace extras are: Blitz Nur Spec stainless steel cat back exhaust, OZ Racing 17" alloys with 4 good tyres, TEIN sports suspension with ride height and damping adjustment as well as adjustable top mounts on the front - to dial out understeer in tight corners - all in nearly brand new condition. Also fitted is a TOM's panel filter and an earthing kit.
Interior is in excellent condition throughout. There's a Momo Race steering wheel. Also a TV system (NTSC - won't work in the UK without expensive conversion, although a DVD player can be made to work with it cheaply - can also be removed easily - included free of charge with the car (Hidden behind the passenger floor mat for safety in shipping).
There are no faults to report at all aside from very minor wear to the driver's seat bolster, as shown - and wrinkles from wear over the years on the driver's seat. Certainly with the low wear to the car overall, it's of absolutely genuine mileage. The car looks to have been very well looked after and preserved, considering it's a 1994 model
Auction grade is 4 which is as good as one can get for a GT-4 of this model and age. The alloy wheels have some staining from brake dust over the years, but this comes off with some decent polish - we used some Zymol on it and it came out very easily. The driver's door mirror has lost it's shine and will need repaint and laquer. Also there are some scratches to the front bumper. There is also a pin dent on the bonnet. Auction sheet indicates some pin dents denoted by "B1", but these are so small they're nearly invisible - not worth painting a panel for these, I think - as we had difficulty in finding them. We will repair the faults shown on the attached pictures as part of the cost of the car.
Test drive relealed there is a drive shaft that is worn on the front. We will have this inspected and replaced when the car is in the UK. Aside from this, the car drives exactly as it should with an engine that pulls well and clutch, gearbox, brakes etc. showing sings of long life remaining.
