Skyline R34 GT-T - Full Factory Bodykit & Stage 1 Tuning.
The Skyline GT-T is a hugely capable sports tourer with performance that will enable it to slay most cars in it's path, yet it still has refinement, a practical boot and looks that are still as fresh today, as when this model was first introduced in 1998 (Production of all Skyline R34's ceased in August 2002). Even as standard, they're hugely impressive and fun to drive. As they're now no longer in production and top examples are in short supply, demand has stayed strong in Japan and prices are still as strong today, as they were 5 years ago. This is good news, as it means prices are unlikely to drop significantly into the future (As Nissan isn't making any more turbo Skylines until the new GT-R is introduced in 2008) and so these will continue to make excellent investments, especially in manual form, which is the more desirable spec. for driving enthusiasts!
This is a high quality fully spec'd manual ER34 Skyline GT Turbo in perfect condition, already ideally prepared for daily reliable use in the UK.
Standard equiment includes: Hicas 4 Wheel Steering (Providing improved turn in and cornering accuracy), Traction Control, ABS, Dual SRS airbags with leather SRS airbag steering wheel, Climate control Air Conditioning, rear wiper, UV Cut Glass, Window wind deflectors, Privacy rear windows, Electric Windows and Electric Mirrors with Retract Mode, Xenon HID headlights, complete with headlight beam adjustment from inside the car.
Improvements over standard are as follows: 18" Lightweight Forged Alloy Volk Racing AV3 2 piece Wheels complete with Bridsgestone Potenza Grid II sports tyres of size 265/35 ZR18 rear 235/40 ZR18 front. Wheels are in excellent condition, with only light scratches (un-noticable) on some edges, and some paint chipped off one wheel's centre spokes - which can be touched in as part of full UK chosen.
Original NISMO Polyeurethane Factory Option ABS Plastic front spoiler, Sideskirts, rear bumper and GT-R R34 styled rear spoiler. These show that this was clearly a well spec'd model right from the factory, the optional kit looking far superior to non-kitted examples. To the untrained eye this looks and sounds like an R34GTR, at a fraction of the cost! To further improve the exterior, Nismo front and side clear repeaters are fitted. Also, there's a pair of colour matched headlight eyebrows.
Inside, there's a carbon fibre centre console fitted. Also a turbo timer, to help cool down protect the engine and turbo after driving (Note: this may not work in combination with an alarm's immobiliser).
Performance wise, this car remains largely standard. The air box is standard, complete with cold air induction. Exhaust rear section (Cat Back) is an HKS "Hi Power" stainless steel system. Note that this example is also fitted with optional traction control in addition to other high spec. The sound from the 2.5L 6 Cylinder Turbo is subtle, yet indicative of the performance available, giving a deep tone throughout the rev range. The standard catalyst remains in place, keeping this car street legal. Factory Fitted Strut Brace is also present to further improve handling. Impressive Xenon Gas Discharge Headlamps are fitted as standard.

A high-power (200W) Carrozzeria CD/MD/Radio unit is fitted. This unit comes free of charge with the car. A non smoker's car since new, the interior is in excellent condition with no faults to report. The entire interior is in excellent original condition, with no significant wear to seats, fitted mats or plastics. The only fault we have found in the interior is some minor scratches to the plastic surrounding the centre console - which is easily done when removing this item, due to being of sot PVC plastic.. A picture is available to show this clearly.
Condition: The Exterior is completely mint and unmarked, aside from the following small faults: Front bumper has been nudged against a vertical edge, so 2 small marks are there (Top Bottom of bumper), in need of minor repair. There are some minor stone chips on the bonnet. The nearside front wheel has got some paint chips on the spokes near the securing nuts. Each of these small faults are to be repaired as part of full UK OTR preparation. The engine has also recently been serviced, with oil that is as new. However, there's no sticker to show the timing belt's been changed, so we'll be ordering original Nissan timing belt and tensioner, to be fitted as part of full UK OTR preparation, in addition to repairs of the above minor paintwork repairs, comprising the complete package this car is offered with. Note that the nearside rear quarter panel has been replaced from a cosmetic repair in the past. The repair is invisible - and unless mentioned here, would be missed, but to give a full description, has been mentioned here.
Test Drive of this Skyline revealed no faults at all. It had strong performance with the traction control light flashing whist in 2nd gear, whilst we pushed the car hard to make sure there were no faults to be found (After warming it up thoroughly of course) - Exceptionally good performance for a near standard example is indicative of a good strong engine. Oil pressure at start up is over 4kg/cm2 and settles to just over 2kg/cm2 at idle when completely warmed. There are no rattles, no warped discs, no problems at all. Just perfect mechanical condition throughout.
Skyline R34 GT-R looks, superb performance (Approx 290 bhp) handling to match (uprated suspension springs, Hicas 4WS, Limited Slip Differential, etc) with much lower price, insurance and running costs. These are excellent performance cars, complete with an engine closely based on the legendary GTR's RB26 - this one's fitted with a 2.5 litre RB25 instead complete with variable valve timing. Single turbo, so much less lag than a twin turbo GTR, yet capable of producing 360 bhp easily with only basic tuning. A quick and robust Skyline for every day use if need be, or simply for weekends and special events. Note that Polyeurethane is much more resistant to stone chips and parking damage than fibreglass bodykits. Being flexible, with specially treated paint for flexibility, these kits will not damage easily - but be as resistant to damage as normal car's bumpers (Hence the top condition of this example). In conversions, we will make one of the reversing lights into a foglight on this model, so it will look like a completely standard factory fitted item. Neat! This is a truly stunning example, the cosmetic enchancements along with the 18" as new unmarked Volk Racing alloys combined set the car off beautifully. These wheels compliment the white body very well. Upgrades fitted cost approx. £3,500 in total, when new.
