DESCRIPTION

This beautiful GT-R has been well cared for by it's previous owner, with well chosen modifications to improve it for fast road use. Engine tuning has been modified by IMPUL (One of Japan's most successful Group A R32 GT-R race teams) to give it approximately 370 bhp. This a low genuine mileage example with excellent spec - in perfect running condition. If well preserved going forwards, this car can only appreciate in value as R32 GT-R's in top condition are quickly becoming collectable now.Engine Performance Improvements: IMPUL have replaced the ECU with their "Hi-Power control" unit, allowing the car to run more boost in combination with an increase in fueling. The downpipes are IMPUL original equal lengh system and there's an HKS Super Dragger full stainless cat back system. This exhaust has a deep but smooth sound and of course it's it's unrestrictive and sports oriented, but remains civilised. There's also a Hoshino racing high flow air filter fed by the cold air original airbox. Currently it's running 1 bar, running smoothly strongly. Power is approximately 370 bhp.
Handling Improvements: Suspension modifications include a coilover set by KTS, specifically designed for fast road and trackday use. These give a comfortable ride with excellent handling - a combination is firm yet compliant for road use. Nismo rear links (Upper lower) in combination with IMPUL pillow-ball front (Camber adjustable) upper links and front tension rods ensure that all the bushes are uprated to provide better geometry control in hard use and therefore improved steering feel over standard. There's a set of uprated front rear Cusco anti-roll bars, which kelp keep body roll in check. A TNB front strut brace also offers further front end rigidity. Wheels are Enkei Racing RP-01's with 245/45R17 Bridgestone Potenza RE-01 sports tyres. Brake pads are uprated Endless CC-X at each corner, some of the best pads available for the GT-R 32 original setup. Aesthetic improvements: There's a complete set of Nismo body improvements consisting of: Front intercooler ducts in the bumper, bonnet lip, side spats rear lip spoiler. These are no longer in production and very desirable to GT-R enthusiasts. Interior Improvements: There's a Nismo 320km/h speedometer which was documented as being fitted by Nissan at 54,732km on 11th April 1996 by Nissan. The lighter's a rare Nismo Motorsports item. Centre panel has been re-covered in carbon finish. Steering wheel is a rare and now very desirable (In Japan) Nardi Classic. Shift knob is by Razo.
Further Possibilities: Please note that although the car is mapped for Japanese fuel, it may need adjustment for UK European fuels. IMPUL ECU's usually work fine in UK with only some minor retarding of the ignition recommended to 16 Deg BTDC at idle. For road use in UK this will be absolutely fine. Although this car needs nothing added, if wanted, there's still more things the new owner can do to personalise for his own GT-R perfection (We're here to help): If intending to use the car regularly on trackdays, etc. we'd recommend fitment of an Apexi Power FC ECU Commander and cooling modifications. We are also able to supply further cosmetic improvements such as HKS Kansai tower bar, Defend carbon cooling panel, Nismo oil radiator caps, etc. Newera is also able to recommend RK tuning to carry out professional mapping to work with UK fuels on the customer's behalf - Note this car will be prepared and registered by RK on behalf of Newera Imports. To further modernise the looks of this car, R35 GT-R rear badge, clear/smoked/orange crystal front indicators, high intensity LED rear reverse lights / foglight combination (Fitted into original rear reverse light clusters) and Nismo style LED tail lights are available for the interior we'd recommend Defi gauges on A-pilar pods, Trial carbon door-sill covers, R34 GT-R original option drilled alloy pedal covers, Nismo floor mats, etc Parts can be supplied at discount from www.neweraparts.com - Ask us for suggestions based on your personal requirements when reserving this car.
Standard equipment includes: ABS, Hicas 4 wheel steering, Atessa 4WD, Climate Control A/C, PAS, Central Locking, rear wiper, unmarked velour seats, etc. This car has evidently been fastidiously maintained. The engine bay, oil pressure, carpets, indicator stalk, light switch, pedal rubbers, gear lever and handbrake gaiters, door trims, roof lining, etc. are all clean and unworn, in keeping with the low mileage this car's covered.
Interior Bodywork Condition: The body is generally in excellent condition, although there are some minor faults (too small to require repair) in the form of touch up marks as shown in pictures in the following locations: o/s/r quarter panel, o/s/f wing, n/s/f wing, n/s roof. There is a small pin dent on the o/s/f fender also. The following are to be repaired repainted prior to completion but shown mentioned to provide a complete report: Small rust bubble on bottom of o/s/r arch, blemished paint on bottom of n/s/r arch, blemished paint on n/s spat. Should the new owner want the touch-up marks also repainted this can be arranged at small additional cost. Underside is rust free. Note the jacking points have some denting / repair areas, which is common on all GT-R's. Unfortunately they collapse when the standard scissor jack or a trolley jack is used. Only when all 4 corners are lifted there at the same time can damage be avoided.
Engine Test Drive: After careful warming and extensive checks we took this car out to test can confirm it drives very well. It's got strong power and all signs of a well maintained car. Excellent oil pressure (over 4kg/cm2 at idle when cold and 2.0kg/m2 when at normal operating temperature) at idle shows this is a strong engine in good health. Engine has absolutely no signs of wear, it's super smooth too. Note that the timing belt, tensioners and pulleys were replaced by Nismo at 47,000km. Clutch feels as if it's nearly new and the gearbox is notably smooth and lacking in any of the often found signs of synchro wear found on these cars. We test drove this example and found it felt tight and very together. Over rough bits of road the suspension felt comfortable and we noted there's no rattles. It pulls strongly from just under 3,000 rpm with power climbing all the way through the power range and is making approximately 370 bhp @ 1 bar of boost.
Total cost of modifications to this car cost the last owner over £6,500 during ownership. All signs show this car has been well loved and modifications selected to enhance the performance whilst remaining usable for daily driving, rather than chasing maximum power. Expect this to be a very quick and fun car to drive with perfect poise and instant response.
Includes all costs - full UK conversions, 12 month's comprehensive warranty, valeting, cost of road tax and new MOT.
