Have you ever seen a wilder looking Celica ST190!!!!! We certainly haven't except in Tokyo Auto Salon 2004, where a red example of this car was on display on the Veilside stand (http://www.veilside.com)! This Celica has been prepared to show standard by Veilside Co; Ltd in Japan with their full FF GT Series bodykit, comprising: Front bumper, full rear bumper, side skirts, bonnet, vented front wings, Wet Carbon GT rear spoiler. Also fitted is a Veilside titanium teardrop rear exhaust section. There's a stripe on each side and Veilside flag stickers with Yokomaku San's signature on the middle. The engine bay is matt black, which would indicate the car's been colour changed, but the paintjob is so perfect, it's difficult to tell. There are certainly no marks left of masking, etc. Simply perfection!! Attention to detail is clearly there. The fuel filler cap is a TRD item with clear lid and machined billet filler cap. The rear number plate surround is also carbon fibre styled. Fit Finish are perfect - as can be expected from a car prepared at the Veilside Factory North of Tokyo. Veilside 19" Andrew Racing Evolution V 19" alloys are fitted complete with 4 near new tyres (225/35/ZR19 Goodyear Ducaro Revspec). Cost in Japan? Around £500 a corner! Also, this is a model fitted with (unavailable in UK) Super-Strut suspension. Basically a more sophisticated setup than in UK, affording even better handling and composure than UK cars. In this case though, struts are replaced with TEIN damping height adjustable units for greater poise and better handling, so this Celica will corner as good as it looks (Currently the car is set as low as it can get away with - it can be raised from slammed right up to beyond original height!) The engine bay has been mildly improved with a Blitz mesh air filter, Splitfire earthing kit (For better spark plug performance) and TRD oil cap (To match the fuel filler cap). The lights have been uprated to HID, which gives a much brighter white light, without dazzling oncoming cars - the very latest in lighting technology. Inside, there's a pair of Recaro reclinable sports seats. The dashboard has been fitted with optional Toyota red trim. The gearknob steering wheel are coloured as optional original items also, although there's a Veliside badge on the centre of the wheel. On the A-Pilar, there are Defi Oil Water Temp gauges, controlled by a Defi Link II controller. Also fitted is a Defi Link Display, which gives digital reading of these engine temperatures, as well as speed, etc. The pedals are fitted with anodised red covers. The floor mats are also moulded with "The Fast The Furious". Yokomaku's sense of fun has found it's way to these too. The hifi is a latest model Sony unit which opens to reveal MD/CD slots. This unit will also play radio of course. Looks very cool when it's in operation. Sounds excellent too, complete with Sony X-Plod high powered speakers and a Carrozzeria bass tube in the boot. All this audio and electronic gear is included free of charge with the car. Standard equipment includes: Power Steering, Power Windows, ABS, Dual SRS, Climate Control A/C, Remote Controlled Door Mirrors with retract mode, remote central locking, factory tinted windows, rear wiper, etc. An original option glass sunroof is also fitted. This example is of auction grade 3.5 due to the extensive bodywork modifications. Being a non smoker's car since new, the interior is excellent, although there is some wear to the driver's seat bolster. This is to be repaired in the UK as part of preparation completion. Exterior is perfect, aside from the following: The front bumper which has some minor stone chips.Rear n/s bumper corner has a very small scratch. There's a small scratch to the front n/s arch. Also, on the rear section of the o/s sill there's a small scratch. , which has been lightly scratched and carefully touched up. Although these faults aren't extreme, we'll have these repaired to present the car in unmarked condition. Note there are no pin dents or other usual damage. This car's been beautifully cared for.

SS-II ST 190 Celicas are great fun to drive, combined with all the latest safety features, handling package and looks. Each of our customers who has had one of these reports that the engines are the best thig about these. The Tiptronic transmission fitted to this example is also not available in the UK, so it's got another unique feature.

This FF GT Veilside example has had well in excess of £5,000 spent on bodywork, £2,000 on wheels, £3,000 on interior upgrades and £2,000 on mechanical and suspension mods. £12,000 spent!!

Don't expect to ever see another Celica like this on UK roads. If you don't like the idea of making people's eyes be attracted to your car constantly, then this isn't the car for you!
